1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number (optional), password, and role (admin/collaborator).
• Practice/business information: information about the dental practice, including information obtained from publicly available sources such as the practice's Google Business Profile (name, address, phone, hours, photos, reviews, ratings), used to generate website previews. If a preview references your practice and you'd like it removed, contact us and we will remove it.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we receive limited billing details (such as card brand and last four digits) but do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: log data, device/browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken in the editor and dashboard.
• Cookies and local storage: we use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, preferences, analytics, and to preserve unsaved site work in your browser.
• Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and call or booking details when you schedule a walkthrough.

2. Visitors to Customer Websites

Websites we host for our customers may include contact and appointment-request forms. Information submitted through those forms (such as name, phone, email, and preferred time) is collected on behalf of the practice, which is responsible for it; we process and deliver it to the practice and store it to provide the Service. Forms instruct visitors not to include health information; please do not submit health details through website forms. If you submitted information through a practice's website, direct requests about it to that practice; we will assist the practice in honoring such requests.

3. How We Use Information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service; to generate previews from public business information; to process payments and send transactional messages (such as reservation reminders, billing notices, and renewal notices); to provide support; to monitor performance and prevent abuse; and to comply with law. If we send marketing emails, you can opt out at any time.

4. How We Share Information

With service providers that help us operate (including Stripe for payments, Google for APIs and Workspace setup, Cloudflare for DNS/hosting infrastructure, email delivery providers, and telephony providers for business calls); with the practice whose site you interact with (Section 2); in connection with a business transfer; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold about them, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, no opt-out is required. To exercise rights, email support@mydentalboost.com or call (213) 883-4056; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes; Contact
